How much does the Aotearoa New Zealand Trainees’ Day cost to attend?

If you purchase your ticket before 6 June 2026, you will be eligible to receive the early-bird rate of $850. Standard registration is $950.

Can I purchase an additional guest ticket to the Trainees’ Dinner?

Yes. Guest tickets can be purchased for $120.

Can I claim the cost of my ticket from Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora?

Yes. This event is supported as a recognised skills day for Basic and Advanced Trainees by Te Whatu Ora | Health NZ and Full registration, travel and accommodation costs are reimbursable depending on your employee contract.

Will the event be recorded or live-streamed online?

No. This event is being held as a live, face-to-face event only.

Can I book my accommodation through my registration

Yes, a limited number of rooms can be booked with QT Queenstown or Peppers Beacon Queenstown.

What happens if I have paid and can no longer attend? Do you offer refunds?

You must notify RACP by email at events@racp.edu.au as soon as possible if you need to cancel your registration for the Event for any reason. If you have paid a registration fee and you notify RACP of a cancellation by email: (i) more than 60 days prior to the first day of the Event, RACP will refund the registration fee in full; (ii) at least 60 days, and more than 20 days, prior to the first day of the Event, RACP will refund 80% of the registration fee; and (iii) less than 20 days prior to the first day of the Event, no refund will be payable by RACP. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without incurring any penalty. The College must be advised of the transfer in writing. Please email the name, position, phone and email address of the new delegate. There will be no refunds for any items purchased by the original delegate.
